INITIAL DISCUSSION
We discuss the scope of the instruction and the nature of the assets requiring valuation. Letters of instruction are signed by all parties involved, market values defined, and timeframes agreed.

APPOINTMENT
Items are examined either by appointment or via agreed collection arrangements.

RESEARCH & VALUATION
Market analysis and valuation methodology are applied using current market knowledge and specialist expertise.

REPORT DELIVERY
Professional valuation documentation in accredited formatting and with high resolution photography is prepared and issued in digital format in an agreed timeframe. Printed documents available upon request.
